  • ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging the order details. This is not a confirmation of the order. A binding contract between you and Rodeo is formed once you receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

We reserve the right not to accept your order if the item is out of stock, does not pass our quality check, or if we are unable to obtain payment authorization. All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation.

  • PRICING & AVAILABILITY

We do our best to ensure that all pricing, descriptions, and availability details on our site are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error in your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. If we cannot reach you, your order will be treated as cancelled and fully refunded.

  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipments are insured while in transit. Responsibility transfers to you upon signed delivery. Rodeo is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels after delivery.

If you're not available at the time of delivery, redelivery costs may apply. We are not responsible for customs delays or payment-related delays. Please note that during busy periods (e.g., sales), delivery times may be extended.

  • DUTIES & TAXES

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) — meaning any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse a delivery due to customs charges, we may deduct applicable fees from your refund.

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To request a return or exchange, email us at contact@rodeo.store within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date, under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Personalized or custom items are non-returnable

Return shipping is at your own cost. If your return is approved, we will refund the original payment method, minus any original shipping fees. Items that do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the sender.

  • PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your payment is declined, your order cannot be processed.

  • LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

Except where legally required to fulfill confirmed orders, Rodeo is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of this website.
